BPM 2010 is the eighth conference in a series that provides the most distinguished specialized forum for researchers and practitioners in Business Process Management (BPM). The conference has a record of attracting innovative research of highest quality related to all aspects of business process management including theory, frameworks, methods, techniques, architectures, and empirical findings.
In addition to the main research track, BPM 2010 will include an industrial and an educational papers track. The conference encourages practitioners to submit experience and application reports that highlight innovative implementations and applications of Business Process Management with a particular focus on their impact on information technology use and business practice.
The BPM conference series regularly draws 250-300 attendees, composed of the leading BPM researchers, practitioners, and analysts. To further the value proposition for practitioners, the conference will feature a one-day industry event which will gather leading BPM practitioners, user organizations, and vendors from the Americas and Europe. Practitioner workshops on adjacent days complement the presentations of the the main conference.
BPM 2010 is the first conference in this series held in the United States. It provides sponsors with the unique opportunity to reach a global audience in a local setting – 10 minutes from midtown Manhattan and within easy reach of three airports (EWR, LGA and JFK) and the Amtrak Acela Northeast corridor.
