Registration Types

BPM 2010 is a combination of two main events: A workshop day on September 13, 2010, and the main conference, running from September 14-16, 2010. Registrants can choose whether they want to register for the workshop day, for the main conference, or both. In addition, on Thursday and Friday, September 16-17, 2010 the International Workshop on Web Services and Formal Methods takes place at the same venue. Registration for the WS-FM workshop can be performed using the same link above.

Main Conference Registration

The conference registration fee includes admission to all tracks/sessions, conference proceedings, lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, morning and afternoon breaks, and the conference dinner.

Workshop Registration

The workshops registration fee includes admission to the workshops (you can switch between workshops throughout the day), proceedings for one workshop selected by the attendee, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch, and the Workshop reception on Monday night.

Companion Tickets

Separate tickets for the social events of the conference (Workshop Reception and Conference Dinner) will be available at a cost that covers the expenses for these events.

Discounted pricing is available for the following cases:

  • Student Registrations
  • Conference Sponsors

Payment Options

Payment of the conference fee will require a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

Cancellation Policy

A fee of US$ 50 will apply to cancellations. This fee will be withheld from any reimbursement. Cancellation requests should include your name and your institution/company name and whether you would like to cancel your registration in full or partially (e.g., you registered for the workshops and the conference but you only want to cancel the workshop component). Please send cancellation requests to by August 31, 2010 at the latest. Cancellations after this date will result in no refund of the conference fee.

Delegate Substitution

We will gladly accommodate delegate substitutions. Please email by August 31, 2010, if you cannot attend the conference or workshops and would like someone from your organization to take your place. Note that if the original registration was discounted (e.g., Student registration) the substitute will have to provide proof that he/she is eligible for the same discount, otherwise the difference to the full registration fee will be billed.

Other Information

  • Authors presenting multiple accepted papers are not required to pay multiple registration fees
  • Delegates registered to the main conference are entitled to attend any session in the Research, Education, and Industry Tracks
