Registration Types
BPM 2010 is a combination of two events: A workshop day on September 13, 2010, and the main conference, running from September 14-16, 2010. Registrants can choose whether they want to register for the workshop day, for the main conference, or both.
Registration Fees
Note: The information in this section is preliminary and subject to change based on final planning considerations. Final pricing will be announced in Q2 2010. We provide this preliminary information to assist interested parties in their budgeting efforts.
Main Conference Registration
The conference registration fee for the past BPM Conferences was around US$ 750 for the 3 day conference. This including admission to all tracks/sessions, conference proceedings, lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, morning and afternoon breaks, and the conference dinner. We expect the registration fee for BPM 2010 to be in the same area.
Workshop Registration
The workshops registration fee on Monday has traditionally been around US$ 350. This includes admission to the workshops, proceedings for one workshop selected by the attendee, morning and afternoon breaks, lunch, and the Workshop reception on Monday night.
Companion Tickets
Separate tickets for the social events of the conference (Workshop Reception and Conference Dinner) will be available at a cost that covers the expenses for these events.

Discounted pricing will be available for the following cases:
- Combined Workshop/Conference Attendance
- Early-bird Registrations
- Student Registrations
- Conference Sponsors
Final Pricing Information
Pricing has not been finalized. We expect it to be released in April/May, when the registration opens.
Registration Availability
Registration for the conference will open in Q2 2010.
Payment Options
Payment of the conference fee will require a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
Cancellation Policy
A fee of US$ 50 will apply to cancellations. This fee will be withheld from any reimbursement. Cancellation requests should include your name and your institution/company name and whether you would like to cancel your registration in full or partially (e.g., you registered for the workshops and the conference but you only want to cancel the workshop component). Please send cancellation requests to registration@bpm2010.org by August 31, 2010 at the latest. Cancellations after this date are not possible.
Delegate Substitution
We will gladly accommodate delegate substitutions. Please email registration@bpm2010.org by August 31, 2010, if you cannot attend the conference or workshops and would like someone from your organization to take your place. Note that if the original registration was discounted (e.g., Student registration) the substitute will have to provide proof that he/she is eligible for the same discount, otherwise the difference to the full registration fee will be billed.
Other Information
- Authors presenting multiple accepted papers are not required to pay multiple registration fees
- Delegates registered to the main conference are entitled to attend the sessions in the Research, Education, and Industry Tracks
